Delivery Conditions and Guidelines
We offer free delivery on all Flower orders over $45.00
Am or Pm delivery can be provided in most cases upon request, please advise if am or pm preference applies
We offer same day delivery at no extra charge for all orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday and 11am on Saturdays
Any orders received after these times can not be guaranteed same day delivery, if you have special circumstances please advise us and we will do our best to get your order delivered.
Local orders to Essendon area can generally be accepted up until 4pm Monday to Friday and 12pm Saturday and delivered the same day.
Please note should our first attempt to deliver your order fail due to no access being available or an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee of $13.00 will be payable.
We make every possible effort to gain access to security buildings or to gain access to properties with security gates, sometimes, if the recipient is not available at the premises it is impossible to deliver your order at that time.
Please try to arrange and advise us of a time when the recipient is likely to be at the delivery address. If possible, please provide a contact phone number for the recipient if you are aware that they have a security entrance to their premises.
In most cases, if we are able to access the premises and the recipient is not home, we will leave the delivery at their door, but only if it is considered safe to do so.
If we have made an error to cause non delivery, no fee will apply for re-delivery.
